• Voice AI and communications data, which may include phone numbers, call-routing details, call recordings or transcripts where enabled and legally permitted, appointment details, text and email history, consent records, and system logs.
• Information received from clients, referral partners, public sources, integrations, and service providers when permitted by law.
3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We may use information to provide, configure, support, and improve services; respond to inquiries; schedule appointments; process purchases and subscriptions; configure Voice AI, CRM, websites, and automations; authenticate users; personalize experiences; analyze performance; detect abuse or security issues; maintain records; comply with law; and send service or marketing communications where permitted.
You may opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link. You may reply STOP to applicable marketing text messages.
4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND VISITOR IDENTIFICATION
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics, session-replay, advertising, and visitor-identification technologies, including the Nox/Knock Knock website widget where enabled. These tools may connect website activity with business or contact information available to the provider, help identify interested business visitors, analyze use, and support follow-up or advertising. Availability and accuracy vary.
You may restrict cookies through browser settings or available consent controls, although parts of the website may not function normally.
5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
We may disclose information to vendors that help us operate our business and services, including HighLevel for CRM, forms, calendars, and automation; Stripe or other payment processors; hosting, analytics, communications, telephony, AI, security, and visitor-identification providers such as Nox/Knock Knock; professional advisers; and a client's authorized integrations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or transfer.
We do not sell contact information submitted through our forms for money. Some state laws may define targeted advertising or certain analytics or visitor-identification disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing." Residents may contact us to exercise applicable rights.
6. AI, CALLS, TEXTS, AND RECORDINGS
Voice AI may identify itself as an automated or AI-powered assistant when configured. Call recording, transcription, automated calling, and messaging are used only where enabled and subject to applicable consent and communication requirements.
Clients are responsible for providing lawful contact lists, instructions, and permissions for their campaigns. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchase unless expressly stated.
7. RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, contractual and client requirements, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information, or to object to or opt out of certain processing. We may verify your identity and retain information where legally permitted.
