Brian Arrington, M.S. - Retired Air Force Master Sergeant, VETS2INDUSTRY Founder, 2025 Georgia Vetrepreneur of the Year, and the AI consultant who treats your business like his own.

Brian Arrington spent 20 years in the United States Air Force, deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Qatar, earned 16 military decorations, and provided humanitarian aid in disaster zones around the world. After retiring as a Master Sergeant in 2019, he founded VETS2INDUSTRY - a nonprofit that has connected over 500,000 veterans and military families to free career resources, mentorship, and transition support.

Today, Brian runs Arrington Consulting LLC out of Dallas, Georgia, helping small businesses, nonprofits, and veteran-owned companies implement AI solutions that save time, capture leads, and stop losing customers to missed calls and broken systems.

He holds a Master of Science from Syracuse University's Whitman School of Management and is completing a dual MBA in Marketing and MS in Entrepreneurship. In 2025, he was named Georgia's Vetrepreneur of the Year by Military Friendly and Viqtory Brands. How a Retired Master Sergeant Built an AI Consulting Firm After 20 Years of Service

Brian didn't start in tech. He shipped off to basic training and spent the next two decades serving in some of the most demanding environments on the planet. His Air Force career took him to Iraq, Afghanistan, Qatar, and humanitarian missions in regions devastated by natural disasters. He earned the Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, and 13 additional decorations over a career that most people can't imagine. When he retired in April 2019, he faced the same challenge millions of veterans face: figuring out what comes next.

Building VETS2INDUSTRY

From Nothing

During his transition, Brian discovered something that frustrated him deeply. The resources veterans needed - career mentorship, job training, certification programs, spouse support - existed, but they were scattered across hundreds of websites, organizations, and programs that nobody had connected together. So he built the connection himself.

With no web development experience, Brian created VETS2INDUSTRY - a centralized resource library that eventually cataloged over 45,000 free resources for veterans, military spouses, and transitioning service members. The organization grew to serve over 500,000 people and 75,000 active members. He ran virtual networking events with keynote speakers and breakout sessions, mentored over 200 veterans personally through the Veterati platform, and was recognized as a Global Goodwill Ambassador for his humanitarian advocacy. VETS2INDUSTRY wasn't a side project. It was a movement.

Why AI?

After seeing firsthand how technology could connect people to opportunity at scale, Brian turned his attention to helping small businesses do the same thing. He enrolled in Industry Rockstars' AI Consultant Certification Program, one of the most respected training programs in AI business consulting, and began building the systems that would become Arrington Consulting.

His approach is different from most AI consultants because his background is different. Brian doesn't sell technology for technology's sake. He builds solutions that solve the problems he watched real business owners struggle with - missed calls, lost leads, manual follow-ups that never happen, websites that look good but don't convert, and CRM systems that sit unused because nobody set them up properly.
